Customer Services Manager
Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm
My client is part of a large and growing group of companies and they are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Managing a team of 12 staff; the main purpose of the role is to oversee all aspects of the customer service experience, to review processes and procedures and make improvements to the customer service quality.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service being provided
Implement effective processes for Customer Service Advisors to interact with customers
Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
Improve customer service procedures, policies and starts for the company to make more time and be more cost effective
Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service as well as reporting on department milestones and progress
Coordinate with Sales Team to incorporate plans to increase customer satisfaction
Responsible for staff recruitment, retention and appraisals
Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
Lead a team of Customer Service Advisors including holiday team meetings to discuss expectations and to hear the team concerns
To be considered for this opportunity you much have previous experience of managing a customer services team, you will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure. You will be a creative thinker and will be able to motivate, supervise and lead and team of Customer Service Advisors.
